My iPhone 8 is keeps reverting back to Silent Mode, and the side toggle doesn't respond. I have restarted a few times, but it keeps switching immediately to Silent Mode. Any suggestions?

Did you check to see if the iPhone has Focus turned on? If you are sure it is the Mute switch that is doing it, do you have a case on the iPhone? That could be causing the switch to be moved, or not able to get into the full on/off position. If none of that is present, then I would contact Apple Support for service.

I've already removed it from the case. It seems the switch is not functioning. Thanks for the Focus suggestion - I'll turn it off and see if that helps. 've been able to do a work-around using the Accessibility --> Touch --> Assistive Touch --> Un-Mute option. Thanks for the feedback!
