Just saw $64 credit card charge for Apple Streaming Service. I did not sign up for streaming service! Not happy at all!!

Has anyone else experienced Apple Streaming charge on credit card when you didn’t order it?

Where are you seeing this charge exactly?

All Apple charges would appear as “Apple.com/bill” on your monthly statement, never as just “Apple Streaming Service”.

if this is an email or text message, it’s very likely a scam or phishing attempt.

You can forward the email to apple at reportphishing@apple.com

You saw this in the Wallet App? If so, when you tap on the pending charge, is there more information given to the charge?

A screen shot of this page may be helpful, as there is no charge from Apple that is called "Apple Streaming Service".

It is a Pending Charge on my Credit Card.

What do you mean it's a pending charge on your credit card?

Where exactly are you seeing the charge?

Is it showing up in your card issuers App? In an email? a text message? Where are you actually seeing this charge?

If it actually appears as "Apple Streaming Service" on your credit card's statement, then you card was used to pay for something somewhere that is using that text to make you think its from Apple. It is not from Apple.

As I said, all charges by Apple would appear on your credit card statement as "apple.com.bill".

If you are getting an email or text message that says there's a pending charge with that text, then again, it's likely a scam.

If the charge appears on your card statements in your issuer's or Bank's app or their website, then contact them to block that charge, it is not a real charge from Apple.
