Keyboard locked when changing App Store country

When changing the App Store country and managing the payment with a new address, the keyboard is locked and you can’t click on any numbers or text and therefore can’t fill in the form.

How do I go about it? I’m on the most updated iOS. Trying to change from Belgium to USA
