Unable to change country or region

Hi, i am using iPhone 11 Pro since 2019. i found an issue with apple ios 16.1. There in the media & purchase option when i tried to select another country its not selecting the where i tapped, and after some trials it selected properly then after that some difficulties to select agree the condition and once selected redirect to the address information page and the keyboard not showing completely and misaligned the position of the keyboard.
