How do i get my. Earbuds to work on my iPhone they used to be connected to it but now they are connected to my iPad

Put them in pairing mode per the directions from the manufacturer, then open Settings > Bluetooth and if they are in pairing mode, you'll see them there and you can tap on them to pair them. Turn off your iPad or at least Bluetooth on your iPad to put them in pairing mode, so your iPhone can see them.
