Hello I have an iPhone 14 pro and I purchased a tone to set as custom ringtone. I downloaded it tried to set it as custom or general ringtone but no matter what I try I can't select it and use it. Please help!!!

Hi thank you for your answer I have read that the problem is I never get that pop up to set it up
Search the ringtone -> Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
Or try to redownload.
I tried all of that before asking here...
No I don't have an invoice I paid with Face ID can I find it anywhere?

Check your mail box.
If you don't have an invoice than you didn't purchase.
I don't have an email but I see the tone on my purchases on iTunes
I found how to report a problem it said it was a purchase without an invoice but I was able to submit the issue. Thank you
