Hi I would like to know if my phone case has warranty for a replacement. It was purchased on 05/01/2023 and it has already cracked. It is an iphone 14 pro max clear case with magsafe.

Seems the serial number could be recorded on the receipt, (and may be on the packaging, if you kept it)

says:
"The cases do not have serial numbers. You just provide the receipt to use the warranty."

Thank you very much! I reached out but it has no warranty due to the phone being dropped with the case on. It was only 2 months old and they said it could not be replaced.
