How can I sign my nephew out of my iPhone

Is it possible to sign my nephew out of my iPhone? I loaned him my phone and he never signed out?

He must sign out himself via settings>his Apple ID name>sign out. For this procedure you need his Apple ID password, so he himself can only do this
