What is the iphone passcode? is this different passcode than the one to log into my company's account

Your iPhone passcode simply unlocks your iPhone. This is a user-generated 4 or 6 digit code. (Unsure if this is something that can be "set" by a company's IT department).

Note that it's not the same as a password, as a password is used to log into iCloud and/or your Apple ID.
