I approved an app for my child, and have since deleted it. But she has the ability to download it again since I already approved it. Is there a way to delete an app whereby she would need my approval again to reinstall it?

Is it possible to delete an app I already approved to the point where they would need to ask permission again to download it again? I deleted something but she can just reinstall it, no ask to buy step again.
