Language settings in Books
How do I change language setting? I live in spain but I don’t want Spanish books recommended to me, can’t really read them. How can I change books back to being all in English?

I don't think it is possible unless you switch to the store in an English speaking country. But normally you would not be able to buy from that store.
To find English books in the Spanish store, search by title.
