I need to switch my primary language back to English.
all listings under settings are in a foreign language so I cannot use the instructions provided.

What language are they currently in?
"General" is at the top of the third grouping of items in Settings and had a settings icon.
"Language & Region" is the twelfth item down.
"Add Language" is the third item down.
