apps stuck on waiting after reset

i bought new iphone 13 everthing working fine for some reason i reset my iphone and after that all apple apps got stuck on waiting while third party apps i am able to install plus it also shows unable to check for updates in software update section.

anybody know how to fix this ?

I don’t know what reset your phone means. But try restarting your phone. That might kick start the downloads.
