Where is the punk rock drummer for Garage Band on iOS?

I saw an option for a punk rock drummer named Max in the garage band app on mac. However, I can’t find it now that I’m on my iPad. I’ve looked through the drum kits that are available in the sound library, and the ones I’ve already downloaded. It’s not there though. Where is it? And if it’s not available on the iOS version of Garage Band, why not?

This may be something to verify with Apple Support, if the current version of GarageBand still supports this Drummer.
