Delete AirPlay device
I replaced my TV but it still shows up on the device list - how can I delete it ?

If the device is no longer connected to your network, it should no longer show in the AirPlay device options. To help refresh the information on your iPad, we suggest restarting it as a first step: Restart your iPad - Apple Support
Should it continue to appear as an option to AirPlay to after that, we suggest seeing if it appears alongside other devices you use in your device list. On your iPad, you can view this under Settings > [ your name ] > Devices. If so, it is still associated with your Apple ID
