The mic in my beats studio3 headphones in Bluetooth mode isnt working, what should i do so that it work?

We have a great support article that might help with this. Please take a look at it here: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support. Try resetting your Beats which can help resolve that behavior by following these steps:
- "Hold down the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds.
- When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons.
Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."
