Watch mirroring missing for watch SE 2nd gen

I have watch se 2nd gen on OS 9.5.1 paired with an iPhone XR running iOS 16.5.1!

The Accessibility feature mirror my watch where I can control the watch with my phone is missing… Any help to get it going or an explanation as to why this feature is missing, would be most welcome !
