Why the face only show view option ? I can’t see the time at all

The face of my Apple Watch only show view options. I can’t make it goes back to clock face. Why?

I'm not sure what you mean by "view option" but the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch:
