Apple Watch ECG not reading my finger

My watch has stopped detecting my finger when in the ECG app. I have already tried cleaning the back of my watch, making sure I’m using the latest iOS, rebooting both my phone and watch, and uninstalling and reinstalling the ECG app. Does anyone have any other suggestions or experience with this issue?

Thanks in advance!

You have done most of the regular fault finding with restarts and reloading the app. The next stage is contact Apple Support and get your Apple Watch checked by Apple Service.

Have you tried different fingers?

Many folks use their index finger. My watch has the digital crown on the left and I use my thumb. I've tried different fingers and they all work.
