Can’t add new VIP’s

I click “Add to VIP” but it doesn’t make the email contact a VIP. Rebooting doesn’t help.

VIP folder not working properly. ALL emails showing in VIP folder when I mark any contacts. My VIP folder was working fine. A couple of days ago I marked a new contact as a VIP. When I went to my VIP folder I had all emails in that folder. This is happening on Iphone & Ipad. It seemed to happen after my update to 17.02. Just did the 17.03 last night. Still working the same.

To add an email to VIP list in an iPhone, open the email and tap the sender's name in the from field. Then, tap "Add to VIP."
