hello im trying to restore my iphone 11 pro max and its stuck support.apple.com/iphone /restore .......also gives me a error code 4013 i tried everything but to call it quits need serious advise ....its my daughters phone and i think i screwed it up please hejp me i am lost and dont know what to do
