Can't find passwords menu in Big Sur

How to find saved passwords and passkeys on your Mac - Apple Support

The System Preferences here looks completely different from mine. Where do I find the Passwords Menu?

What gives?

Keychain Access is a utility in Applications -> Utilities.

Web specific passwords are usually stored on the web browser preferences under passwords.
