In the past this worked by creating a shortcut to 'Passwords.prefPane'. In Ventura this ceased to work though: The operation couldn't be completed. No such file or directory. Where is this hidden in Ventura?

OK, I got a step further now. All the prefpanes moved into "HD/System/Library/Prefpanes" now. Adjusting the shortcut accordingly made it work again and I can open my saved passwords with a simple click in the MenuBar.

No it's the built in Password manager (iCloud keychain) from MacOS, which can still be found in 'System Settings'. Using the Shortcuts App I generated a shortcut button in the Menu bar, which upon clicking on it would open the Password manager without having to navigate to System Settings/Passwords first. It used to work in Mac OS Monterey but not anymore in Ventura, because the path to 'Passwords' seems to be different now.
Not exactly, there is an "If" in there - the idea is to make a shortcut that works in both iOS and macOS - hence the "Otherwise" part.
Its structure is like this:
If "I" am running in iOS, do this; otherwise, do that
Apple redesigned the System Preferences that was in Monterey to the current Settings quagmire in Ventura 13.2. Any custom Shortcut that was dependent on a specific Monterey prefpane very likely is now broken, and may remain so due to Apple's penchance for change for changes sake.
I see no actions designed for this purpose in Ventura.
The only Password I see in " System Setting " vs " Passwords.prefPane "is as per below image from Ventura 13.2
As for creating shortcut to that specific Applet - do not know if there is one.
May these old eyes are seeing things but this shortcut looks for an IOS shortcut
What exactly are you trying to do? Please clarify. Shortcut to what, exactly? I am not aware of any prefpane like that. Is this something added by a third party password manager?
I can open System Settings using Shortcuts, but I could not find any way to select a specific pane.
If you could share your existing shortcut, it may help in finding how it can be adapted to Ventura.

Yep, it used to work on my MacBook Pro running MacOs Monterey.
I do not see this password option in Shortcuts within Ventura at all. Am I missing something obvious? Maybe you built this from scratch yourself?
Well that was my original question. The shortcut above used to work in Monterey, but doesn't any more in Ventura because Apple changed the location of Passwords and I don't know where they moved it.
I don't know what to change in the shortcut I'm afraid. sounds simple...but grateful for a graphic of this
