Built in apps stuck on waiting after restore

It’s been days when I reset my iPhone X to give it away to my sister but since then the built in apps are stuck on waiting. I have turned off and on the device multiple times and stopped the download and started again too but nothing’s working. Please help!

How do I restore iPhone stuck on loading apps after the update? Although I kept reading about some problems with this latest iPhone update, I did it anyway. Now, my iPhone can make and receive calls and messages but that is about it! Not a complete brick but nothing, not even Apple Store app or Safari or any of the numerous financial and product apps that I have on the phone will open! Just sits there "loading" until it times out. I have looked at numerous ideas online using my Mac but nothing works. I plan to take my phone to the Apple Store tomorrow. Any ideas? Apps freezing up with Iphone 13 Pro Max since installing iOS 16.5 Since I installed the new iOS 16.6 update to my Apple iphone, I've had several incidences with several different apps freezing up and stalling on me that has never happened before installing the update. After it happened the first time, I thought it was just a fluke. But since it has happened several times with several different apps - and knowing that itt had never happened before installing the update, I know that without a shadow of a doubt that it is from installing the newest system update. Has this happened to anyone else? The last app that friar up was Facebook and it took several times of me closing out the program and trying to restart it that it finally did restart. Is there a way to uninstall the update? I'm afraid that my apps are all going to stop working now!

I believe this is normal! It may be dependent on internet speed. Just keep waiting and it should eventually work!
