Refund Request Status In-App Purchases Family Sharing
My son purchased over 600 dollars on an in-game app purchase. I did the request a refund and received an email stating a decision has been made. When I follow the instructions to check the status via the report a problem there is no check status option. I also no longer see the purchases on the order history. I am not sure if the refund has been approved or denied an I'm concerned that the purchases are no longer showing in the purchase history. I can't even get to them via the email that I received when they were made which is how I got to them originally. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?
