Scanned documents disappeared

I scanned over 30 separate documents in a single note and now I'm only seeing the first 8, despite them all being available/visible 2 days ago. It's like they completely disappeared from all devices.

Not seeing scanned documents from my iPhone in Notes app I just scanned a document on my iPhone and put it in a new note in the notes app. I opened up the same note on my computer to download, but I don't see the scan. It only shows a large gray box where it should have appeared. I have no idea what to do right now. How do I fix this?
