drag and drop from drafts folder not working in New Outlook for Mac 2019

drag and drop from drafts folder not working in New Outlook for Mac 2019. works from other folders. just started when i migrated to new outlook for mac 2019. Is there a workaround or fix? mac os ventura 13.4.1
