Phone won’t play music to hearing aid

I have an iPhone 14 and an Amplifon hearing aid. Before any 16 updates, both phone calls and music could be heard on the aid. After the update, only the phone calls can be heard. I have deleted the amplifon app and reinstalled it. Forgot my hearing aid multiple times and re-paired it on bluetooth. Nothing works to get back my music. Oddly, when playing videos on Facebook, the sound will play occasionally to my aid. Nothing seems to help my dilemma, can Apple send me an old version of 15.x so I can go back to my music?
