Sidecar issues 2023

Hello everyone!

There is a problem I can't fix for a few days, about this I chatted with three advisers from Apple support, and for the past 2 days, Apple support chat never connected me with anyone more; it always says, "Chat support isn't currently available. Please try later" (I already think that Apple support blocked me :D). So, maybe here somebody can help me.

I use MacBook Pro 13' (2022) and iPad Pro 11' (2022), and I am not able to activate Sidecar (the laptop doesn't see iPad as a screen it can mirror at)

What I already tried and checked:

1) Bluetooth is turned On

2) Connected to the same Wi-Fi

3) Same Apple ID signed in. (Two-factor authentication is On)

4) Handoff is On

7) Both devices are updated to the latest software version

8) Both devices have been forced restarted (a few times)

9) FaceTime checked for accidental blocking (FaceTime > Preferences > Blocked)

10) The Wi-Fi router and the modem were restarted a few times.

- Forgotten the Wi-Fi network on the Mac and reconnected.

- Forgotten network on the iPad and reconnect.

11) Connected Mac with iPad with a wire and pressed "trusted" on both devices.

But still, even if it's connected with a wire (and laptop, see the space on iPad, etc.), it doesn't give the option of mirroring the screen

I really don't know what to do more to fix it :) Please write me if you have any idea what should I do more.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16
