disabled ipad

I followed all instructions to get ipad diabled fixed but devise does not show up on itunes

iPad mini, iOS 9

my disabled ipad shows its connected to Itunes bt there is no place to continue to fix the diasbled ipad. how do I get to the page to restore my ipad?
