I want to delete Apple ID *** (I have not used this old one) and stop charging $0.99/mo. I have a new Apple ID

Apple provides the means to “self-service” delete your own AppleID.
Pay close attention to the warnings given during the process as it’s irreversible.
It’s also essential to sign-out of any/all devices using that AppleID BEFORE the deletion takes effect lest you become permanently “activation locked-out” of your own device(s).
