Am unable to access the built-in Apple Dictionary
As I navigate through general>Dictionary it displays a message “Dictionary Unavailable”
I already have the latest iOS update
The internet connection is stable
tried Forced Restart, but didn’t work

Troubleshooting the iPhone Dictionary:
A. Start with a Restart:
Go Here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
B. System Status:
Keep an eye on the system status. There are no issues as of this moment, but a few may pop up: Apple - Support - System Status
If that happened to me, I would try:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary
