HBO and Star+ don’t work on my TV

A few days ago both Star+ and HBO stopped working on my 4K Apple TV. I’ve restarted the TV, uninstall and then reinstall HBO, reset the TV and contacted HBO without any luck. Paramount+ works perfectly, though. I’m really frustrated, I’ve bought this TV a couple of months ago!

Update your Apple TV system software to the current version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support

Try this for any misbehaving app(s):

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
