Apple Music Subscription

I am trying to enroll in a individual apple music subscription, however its only showing the 2 months free plan for $16.99 assuming thats the family plan, how can i fix this?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

only giving the option to double click to confirm and at the bottom to cancel

$16.99/month sounds like the family plan. There's a "Try It Free" button below the "Individual" plan heading on the Apple Music Web page – if that helps any.
