No. I am not having this issue. So, do your part in reporting this to Apple.

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

Same issue, it just shows "OFF" on the lock screen when I have multiple alarms setup. I missed my morning alarm because of this, it seemed to work fine after the update for a bit but then it just went and stopped working properly.

The only way I have found to fix the issue is to recreate the alarms a few times until it showed on my lockscreen. First I recreated them without the "Repeat" option then once it showed I just edited the alarms to repeat on the days I needed them.

No but it’s caused my alarm sound to be a lower volume. I’ve set it to full volume in sounds and haptics but the volume doesn’t match where I set it. My ringer is at full volume also

My alarm will not play out loud through my phone if my headphones are plugged in now.
