My AppleCare+ plan doesn't show up on 'Apple Support' app

Hello,

In October, with the purchase of the iPhone, I also did the AppleCare+ monthly plan.

In March I had problems with my payment card and it was deactivated, I later activated it.

But here arises a problem if I go to this site: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support and enter my serial number, I am told it is incorrect or does not exist.

I go to settings - general - info and it is active.

However, if I go through the 'Apple Support' app and check the AppleCare plans, it doesn't exist there either...

Any ideas on how I can solve this?
