Apple device won’t connect to certain wifi

This is the second time I have ordered a product from Ali Express that requires connecting to Wi-Fi and both times Apple products did not recognize its network at all, yet every other company device did recognize. After I shared the network through an Android device that recognized the network, my iPhone was able to connect. What could be the reason for this and can it be solved? The products I ordered was a Xiaomi router and a car screen.

thank you for your help

let me explain it again, I ordered two products from Ali express:

1) Xaiomi router ax3000

2) car screen with CarPlay

both of these product “creating” Wi-Fi.

any phone or computer can join these Wi-Fi (router and car screen) except Apple products.

nor my iPhone or iPad or any one else’s cant even recognize those Wi-Fi (of course near router or the car screen I know Wi-Fi is local network).

lets assume the router Wi-Fi name is “Tomer” so if android phone connect to “Tomer” and share this Wi-Fi to my iPhone than my iPhone will connect “Tomer”.

hopefully I explained it better.

thank you for your help.

It's the same for me, with iPhone 15 Pro + Xiaomi Alot AX3600 router...

The difference is that when the iPhone connects to the Xiaomi wifi, it immediately shuts down the entire network. It only recovers (about 10 minutes later) when I turn off wifi on the iPhone.

Neither the router nor the iPhone produces this with other devices (not even with older iPhones or Macbooks) or on other networks.

Let me get this straight – you connected to an Internet store's WiFi?

Unless you were physically present in the store itself, that seems implausible. WiFi is a strictly local area networking technology. It sounds more like your phone could not connect to whatever WiFi network was nearby (a home one, a work one, a restaurant one, etc.) at the time that you tried to get onto the Internet to place the order.

It sounds like you either had a problem with joining a local WiFi network (in which case you wouldn't have gotten on the Internet at all), or like you were connected to the network, but the Web browser on your iPhone did not work well with the Ali Express Web site.

When you are having this problem with ordering, can you connect to Google's Web site (www.google.com)? If you can bring up the Google search page, the problem is not with the WiFi connection.
