Apple Watch Ultra battery drain

My new (yesterday) Ultra Watch battery drains very, very, very fast. I have reduced notifications etc. can anyone help?

I had the same issue and had Apple send me a replacement. Look at that dip.

Restart the Watch then allow three days for it to fully index.
