I've purchased in april a chatbot app and subscribed for a year. This app is now removed from the app store and no longer work and there is no informations to contact the developer.
I'd like to know how do i contact apple support to get a refund and ensure all my datas are removed from app.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

I followed these steps but on the refund page they ask for the invoice and it shows "You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund." and i cannot continue further hence my question how to get a refund or in touch with support to help me out on this issue.
