Why do emails go to junk? How can i stop this?

This has not worked for me. My Twitter emails are still going to Junk Mail. I have even disabled Junk Mail in my settings, and the Junk Mailbox continues to be filled. I have checked the settings on my computer and in iCloud. Both are inactive. Not sure why this occurs.

Move one email back to your Inbox. All the emails from that domain ID will remain in the Inbox.

Select the message, then click Not Junk at the top of the message window. Or just drag the message to the Inbox in the sidebar. For other mail clients, move the message from the Junk folder to the inbox.
