Downloaded Video from the Internet doesn't show up in photos

So I wanted to download this video from a website into the Photos app, (on iPhone by the way) and it doesn't show up when I pressed the 'Open In:' button (I'm using Opera GX to download this video) and after that, I chose to Save Video (which is into the Photos app nothing else I'm sure) but when I go to Photos it doesn't appear. Here is the even weirder part of this: It shows up fine when I am in the iMessage photos thing (you know the little oval tab you can click on just above the keyboard that can be different apps (Picture below if you're still confused.) I just need help finding out how to get it onto the actual Photos app and not just the iMessage photos part. This is super weird and confuses me alot.

Here are a few things I tried:

Downloaded the same video again

Restarting my phone

Looking for them on my computer(s) (not there btw)

Quitting iMessage and reopening it.

Those are just a few of many things I tried but none of them actually work.
