When importing a 23.98p MP4 video into my fcpx project, I experience a weird problem that I've never encountered before.
The clip is 4:02, but when importing it only imports until 3:48.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

And yes, I mean importing. When I imported the video in the browser, the clip already was shortened.

Do you actually mean Importing? Or are you adding this clip from the browser to a project timeline? It is a bit unclear, as you mentioned import and project. Please clarify.
