Siri keeps forgetting my contact relationships

I have used the relationship feature for years. For the past few months, Siri has forgotten all of then. Then she/he will say "would you like me to remember that xxxxxxxxx is your xxxxxxxxx and I say "yes" and he/she says "I will remember that xxxxxxxxx is your xxxxxxxx" Then the next time I say "call or text or FaceTime my xxxxxxxx" (this can be the NEXT day) he/she forgets again. this is happening will all of the relationships. Yes, I am running the latest IOS and OS. This happens on my laptops as well.

I have an iPhone 13Pro Max and 2 MacBook Pros.
