I am trying to enter a Vanilla Gift Card but it does not let me redeem the funds. It says “Cannot Verify Payment Information. Contact Apple Support for more information.
How do I fix this?
It’s possible the bank that services Vanilla Visa does not support Apple Wallet or Apple Pay. On the back of the card should be contact information for the bank. Please contact their support team to verify that the card can be used.
