I have Ventura 13.4, under System Settings, Privacy & Security, Files and Folders, I was looking at Quickbooks 2022 & while doing mistakenly hit the minus sign. Quickbooks 2022 disappeared. How can I get it back with all of the folders?
I did add it to 'Full Disk Access', the app was there but not the folders. I was afraid if I re-installed the app my company files would be lost. Last nite I did go into the app & received a message to 'Allow access to downloads' so I did & the app & folders have been restored to 'Files and Folders'.

You could try adding it to 'Full Disk Access' in Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access. Or you could re-install the app which should add it back as well.
