I cancelled my subscription to an app because it wasn't working, and then it was. I want to change my mind about a refund, how do I do this?

Get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service

I want to send an email, not call Support but I can't find an email address. Do they not have one?
