Apple Watch Move Streak Stuck at 35

My apple watch has been stuck at 35 days for the longest move streak badge. I have tried to unpair/repair my watch but it did not work. I am on family setup, and my dad's phone, which i used to set the watch up, is an iPhone 13 on IOS 16. Badges such as "100 move goals" are also stuck at 35. Occasionally it will change to 36, but the next day it is back to 35. My monthly badges are "perfect month" so I refuse to fail to close my move ring one day just to fix this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?
