iCloud backup
I have just got a new phone and I backed up my iCloud yet when using my new phone there are photos and videos missing, how can this be recovered and why is it not saved on my iCloud?

Can you see those missing photos in iCloud Photos, if you log into your iCloud account on your computer or your old iPhone?

Depending on the amount of photos in iCloud, it may take a while, until all data has been synced back to your new device.
