Unsupported Note on iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 4

I got the following message below on my iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 4 (both have most recent 15.7.6 IOS update) when trying to open pinned and locked notes.

“Unsupported Note. This note uses unsupported features. To view or edit it, upgrade to the latest version of iPad OS.”

I don’t know how to resolve this problem! My iPhone (12 Pro) is updated to IOS 16.5 and doesn’t have this issue.
