I am giving away my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my grandma so I erased the iPhone and installed the move to iOS app on my grandmas Android. After that I went to setup the iPhone and couldn't get past the select country or region screen. It just gets stuck on the country I selected. And if I leave it for a while, it just goes back to the hello screen.

With the erased iPhone becoming unresponsive during setup, try to force restart and set up again once it powers back on. This will refresh running processes.
On your iPhone 8 or later, including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation)
1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

5. If your phone doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your phone. You might need to charge for up to an hour.
6. If your phone still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support.

I've force restarted it multiple times and it still gets frozen every time I select my country.
